Ferguson is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Counter Sales Representative. This is a Dual Role so you will have responsibilities in the warehouse as well.

Starting at $22/hr

Schedule M - F 7am - 4pm overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

1. Provides advice to customers regarding the best products to fit their needs
2. Processing orders via order management system
3. Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures
4. Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up
5. Safely operate a forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
6. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
7. Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
8. Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised
9. Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas
10. Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years experience preferred
2. Basic knowledge of products is preferred
3. General computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
4. Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
5. Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
6. General math skills to allow for cash accounting
7. An ability to learn is a must have!
8. Excellent decision making and communication skills

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $24.94

_Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles_ **OR** _Hourly for all other roles._

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
