Total Tool Supply, Inc. in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our team. We are a leading provider of tools, equipment, rentals, repairs, and custom solutions designed to keep job sites running safely and efficiently.

In this front-line sales role you’ll build relationships with customers, process quotes and orders, work with Outside Sales, and stay current on products and industry trends. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm; pay ranges $22-$25 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Desire to grow your career with an industry-leading company.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in electrical, mechanical and construction.
• Provide knowledgeable service in person and over the phone.
• Process quotes and orders for customers.
• Work in coordination with Outside Sales to streamline the customer experience.
• Engage in ongoing training sessions, staying up to date on new and current products, services, and industry trends.
