Job summary

The Kendall Group is seeking a Counter Sales Representative at one of our locations to promote products, provide friendly service, and support sales growth. The role may include warehouse assistance and local deliveries, requiring strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Entry-level candidates with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a DOT medical exam if required are welcome to apply. Safety and teamwork are valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level work experience is acceptable.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass DOT medical exam if required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kendall Group products and services to customers visiting or calling into the location; gather information about needs and provide assistance.
• Promote sales growth through add-on sales and vendor promotions.
• Create positive relationships with customers by clarifying product knowledge and offering helpful information.
• Assist in loading product into customers' vehicles and replenish inventory in the counter area.
• Back-up delivery drivers as needed and if qualified; operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
