Job Description

As a Full Time Counter Sales Associate, you will primarily be focused on helping customers with their auto parts questions, do-it-yourself projects and auto parts needs.

• Ridge NAPA's Counter Sales Associate will have strong Know How and experience in all things automotive, and will bring a passion for delivering customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record and reliable transportation
• Exceptional customer service skills, clean and neat appearance
• ASE (P2) parts certification preferred (will pay for certification)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated to learn
• Knowledge of auto parts cataloging and/or inventory management systems preferred
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
