Summit Electric Supply is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to assist customers in person and by phone, working with service center staff and warehouse teams to ensure top-notch service. The role offers ongoing training, competitive benefits, and salary packages aligned with industry norms.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to external and internal customers, partner with team members, and maintain a clean, organized counter and showroom to support sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong external and internal customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations in person or over the phone when fulfilling orders.
• Refill inventory with additional stock to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist customer service representatives and warehouse staff as needed to meet demand.
• Understand product capabilities, warranties, usages, and challenges to better educate customers.
• Keep counter area and store areas neat, clean, and stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on location.
