Job Overview
Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc. is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our HVAC CSR/Inside Sales position within our branch operations group. The CSR sells the organization’s products and services to prospective and established customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, emails, or fax. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, answering questions, creating solutions, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Knowledge of company policies, procedures, products, and services is essential. The CSR collaborates with Regional or Branch Managers to drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts through active communication about new products, services, and discounts via outbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face, phone, and email.
- Handle all sales aspects, including order processing, quotes, and delivery coordination.
- Recommend alternative products based on cost, availability, or specifications.
- Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information promptly.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits to enhance sales and satisfaction.
- Assist with warranties and returns.
- Collaborate with management to resolve customer issues and ensure policy adherence.
- Follow up with customers to assess satisfaction.
- Maintain sales records and reports.
- Stay updated on HVAC industry trends.
- Work effectively with all organizational levels to deliver high-quality service.
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in additional projects as needed.
Work Environment & Scope

- HVAC product knowledge preferred.

Experience & Education
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
