Job summary

Wiseway Supply seeks a Counter Sales Associate to assist customers in person and over the phone, entering orders in the Solar/Eclipse system and ensuring their needs are met with accuracy and courtesy.

Hours are 7:30–5:00, Monday–Friday. Knowledge of plumbing products is a plus; strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking skills are essential for a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of residential, construction and commercial plumbing products is a plus.

The candidate must be interested in innovating to solve business problems, be willing to immediately tackle key challenges, and thrive in a customer service/sales environment.Hours: Available to work between the hours of 7:30 – 5:00 pm / Monday - FridaySummary of Job: Responsible for delivering products to customers and being the face of Wiseway This position requires you to assist customers in person and over the phone, entering orders in the Solar/Eclipse system, reviewing/selecting orders, and ensuring customers’ needs are met professionally and courteously. Knowledge of residential, construction, and commercial plumbing products is a plus. Responsible for providing excellent customer service to all customers by providing the right material, quantity, and promptly.Requirements:Be at least 18 years of ageValid driver’s license and verified safe driving recordWork in a warehouse setting; some outdoor exposure during the workday; temperature is not controlledRequired to stand and walk for long periods.Essential Functions:Notify the order creator of any inventory or delivery delays or problems.Make sure will-calls are staged within one hour.Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
