Plimpton & Hills Corporation is seeking a Counter Sales team member for our Great Barrington, MA location. This full-time, on-site role greets customers, assesses needs, and recommends products and solutions to plumbers, HVAC contractors, and retail shoppers.

Role Description The Counter Sales team member provides in-person sales and service support to plumbing and HVAC contractors and retail customers at the Great Barrington, MA location. Day-to-day tasks include processing orders and returns, preparing quotes, maintaining product knowledge on inventory and new offerings, and ensuring accurate and efficient use of the point-of-sale system. The Counter Sales team member contributes to a positive, professional customer experience and helps drive store sales and repeat business.
