Granite Group in Conway, AR is seeking a counter sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service in HVAC/plumbing products. You will answer inquiries, recommend products, process transactions, and keep the area organized while supporting inventory and transfers between branches.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and comfort with computer records. Weekend/evening availability may be required as part of a busy retail environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency required: HVAC or plumbing knowledge is a plus (not required)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a counter sales associate. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in HVAC or plumbing products, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this position, you will be a key point of contact for customers-answering inquiries, recommending products, processing transactions, and ensuring a clean, organized work environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, stocking shelves, coordinating material transfers between branches and vendors, and maintaining accurate computer records.
