SmartRecruiters, Inc. in Burleson, TX is seeking a front-face customer associate to greet customers, drive new sales and generate leads while delivering excellent product recommendations.

You will assess customer needs, stay knowledgeable on product lines, answer inquiries, and assist with inventory control and store presentation. Team-oriented, adaptable, and physically able to stand for long periods are essential for success.

• Greet customers and be the face of the company
• Be proactive in driving new sales
• Generate leads to increase customer base
• Assess customer needs and consistently provide the best product options in order to build relationships with customers
• Remain knowledgeable on all product lines offered by keeping up with current training
• Answer incoming calls and provide timely answers to customer inquiries
• Assist with all inventory control procedures
• Maintain proper presentation and inventory of floor product
• Special projects as required
• Ability to work as part of team

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills

• Majority of job (90%+) will be done in a store front environment, during regular hours of operation.

• Must be able to lift 10+ pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
