Nextran Truck Centers is hiring a Parts Counter Sales Representative in Decatur, IL. You will serve customers at the counter, in the shop, and over the phone, ensuring fast, accurate service and smooth operations.

Wage: Hourly wage starts at $20.00 with final compensation determined by an individual's skills, certifications, education, and years of experience.

Work Schedule: Operations run 7 days a week from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Team members work a rotating schedule to ensure balanced coverage.

Shifts include weekends and holidays, so flexibility is key.

Physical Requirements

This is an active role for someone who likes to stay moving:

• Hands-on work handling, reaching, and organizing parts.
• Regular walking, standing, climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
• Lifting requirements:
  • Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Good close-up and distance vision to keep things accurate and efficient.
