Job summary

Advantage SCI seeks an experienced Local Hire Program Analyst to support Counter-Insider Threat operations. Responsibilities include researching data from multiple sources, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and documenting methods and results.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance and five years of program analysis experience. Position involves audits of investigations and records, coordination of facility visits, and reporting weekly/monthly findings.

Qualifications

• Top Secret / SCI clearance with eligibility to SCI.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Program Analyst in Counter-Insider Threat, Law Enforcement, or Security roles.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute; proficient in Microsoft Windows applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and operate in a security environment.
• Driver’s license and mobility to travel between facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review, prioritize, and document insider threat situations.
• Analyze Counter-Insider Threat Program data to identify anomalies and trends.
• Document findings to validate analytical assessments.
• Use program tools to complete assessments and record results.
• Record minutes of Working Group meetings and report to Case Manager.
• Audit investigations and records weekly and monthly for compliance.
• Produce an annual report using HQ USINDOPACOM templates by April 5.
• Coordinate facility visits and assist with base access requests.
