The Count Team Member position at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa is responsible for collecting, sorting, counting, and recording gaming results while overseeing the soft count room and currency counting equipment. Responsibilities include recording cash drops, verifying documentation, fostering positive relations with guests and staff, and transporting carts between secured locations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, minimum one year cash handling experience preferred, ideally in the casino or banking industry
• Strong cash handling and counting skills.
• Must have proficient basic math skills with ten key experiences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Records Cash drop
• Verifies documentation removed from drop boxes with information recorded on master game worksheet
• Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
• Responsible for the transportation of departmental wheeled carts to and from secured locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
