Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Count Team associate in Louisiana to support cash handling, counting, and auditing duties in the count room. You will collect cash from machines and table drops, count, reconcile, and ensure secure asset control.

Prior experience in count-related roles is helpful, and a LA gaming license is required. The position offers a pathway within a fast-paced entertainment environment with competitive total rewards, including day-one medical coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; six months to one year of Count Team experience preferred but not required.
• Basic mathematical skills; 10-Key calculator experience a plus!
• Must obtain LA gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash and ticket cassettes from slot machines and monies from table game drop boxes. Transport all collected boxes to the Count Room.
• Signs out keys for count and drop duties to ensure key control procedures are followed.
• Accurately counts table drops and reconciles paperwork to the system reports for table transactions.
• Responsible for operating currency counters, adding machines, and other auditing functions.
• Completes daily maintenance of all count room equipment as well as cleaning of count room.
• Ensures company assets are properly accounted for and secured.
