Job summary

Caesars Entertainment Corporation is hiring for a position involving dropping and counting casino revenue. You will collect, count, and reconcile cash, coins, chips, and paperwork from drop sources, and ensure accurate entry into PC systems. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and compliance with security procedures.

Eligible candidates must be 21+, proficient in English and on iOS, and able to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays. A Virginia Lottery permit may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Proficient with iOS devices.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to obtain/renew all government required licenses or certifications including Virginia Lottery Gaming Permit.

Responsibilities

• Collects and counts revenue from drop sources per MIC and departmental guidelines.
• Counts, sorts, and organizes currency, coins, coupons, chips, and paperwork from drop containers.
• Retrieves drop boxes from storage and stores boxes and carts.
• Loads currency counters, uses counter interface, and reconciles counted funds.
• Straps and hand-stamps money bundles.
• Totals all cash, coins, chips, coupons and other monies; reconciles documents by shift and by day/date.
• Enters count information into PC-based applications; prints and signs documents; verifies accuracy.
• Accounts for all count room keys and ensures MIC compliance.
• Communicates currency counter maintenance needs to vendor technicians/IT.
• Maintains Count Room in a clean, orderly fashion.
• Follows safety and security guidelines and department procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
