Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Greenville, MS is seeking a detail-oriented Count Room Associate to ensure accurate daily currency handling and strict adherence to gaming regulations. You will manage drop and count for slot bill acceptors and NRTs, verify counts, prepare shift reports, maintain count room equipment, and suggest workflow improvements for efficiency and security.

Candidates must be 21+, fluent in English, able to obtain Mississippi Gaming Badge, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

Must be proficient in English verbal and written.
Strong numerical accuracy and math skills required.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Badge.
Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds and lift/carry up to 30–50 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

Maintain strict compliance with Gaming Regulations.
Manage the drop and count process for slot bill acceptors and NRTs.
Verify the accuracy of the daily count, prepare shift reports, and report irregularities to management.
Maintain count room equipment, including currency counters and wrapping machines.
Recommend workflow improvements for efficiency and security.
Foster teamwork, maintain morale, and clearly communicate expectations.
