Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Collect cash boxes and assist in cash counting.
• Deliver Red Carpet Customer Service.
• Transport cash boxes to the Count Room.
• Transporting all collected cash boxes to the Count Room along predetermined route.
• Ensuring key control procedures are followed.
• Operating automated currency equipment to count and process tickets/currency removed from the cash boxes.
• Preparing Cash Storage Box Report with supporting documentation obtained from the counting of the cash boxes.
• Packaging currency and/currency into predetermined amounts for later use or deposit.
• Transporting the verified tickets/currency to the Main Bank and ticket storage area within Internal Controls and Ohio State Gaming Regulations.
• Completing daily maintenance of all count room equipment and cleaning of count room.
• Work professionally with other departments as needed to complete tasks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Collecting slot cash boxes from the gaming floor and the subsequent cash and ticket count conducted in the count room in order to assist in reaching profitability and compliance goals
• Delivering Red Carpet Customer Service
• Removing cash boxes from slot machine and replace with empty cash box using procedures that are within Internal Controls and Ohio State Gaming Regulations
• Transporting all collected cash boxes to the Count Room following predetermined route
• Ensuring key control procedures are followed
• Operating automated currency equipment to count and process tickets/currency removed from the cash boxes

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must be able to read and write in English and have good verbal communicating skills
• Basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, percentages etc.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Must be able to be licensed by the Ohio Gaming Commission
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear
• Required to stand; walk; and use of hands and fingers, handle, or feel.
• Occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell.
• Occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
