Job summary

Diversus Health in Colorado Springs seeks an Unlicensed Therapist to join our nonprofit behavioral health team. You’ll deliver diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapy under clinical supervision, with opportunities to support crisis intervention and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, case management, behavioral health services, or related clinical support preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to professional development and obtaining licensure within two years preferred.

What You'll Do

• Provide same-day behavioral health assessments and crisis support
• Assist with stabilization, safety planning, and care coordination under clinical supervision

Same Day Access (SDA) Intake Team

• Assessment-focused role with no ongoing therapy caseload
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and service recommendations

• Ideal for clinicians building assessment, triage, and clinical decision-making skills

Outpatient Counseling

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy under clinical supervision
