Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States (Kentucky) seeks an experienced licensed clinician to plan and conduct group therapy, perform intake assessments, and coordinate care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will document all treatment data in the electronic health record, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in required staff and MDT meetings, contributing to effective addiction therapy programs.

Qualifications

Job description

• Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
• Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
• Assist with treatment planning
• Review progress towards treatment plan goals
• Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team
• Attend required meetings, including on-site staff meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Timely and comprehensively document all necessary treatment data into the electronic patient health record
• Follow all necessary regulatory and company compliance requirements

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
• At minimum Bachelor’s Degree, consistent with state-level regulation and requirements
• Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
• Understanding of addiction therapy
• Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
• Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
• Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record
• Adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements
