Candidates should have a Master’s degree in a behavioral science field, current licensure, and CPR/CPI training offered on hire.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or mental health related field required.Experience: Clinical experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred. Possess general knowledge of all areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment.Age-Specific Competencies: AdultLicensure/Certification: CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire. Must possess current state licensure and/or certification to work in IOP/PHP Program.Other: Ability to relate well with treatment professionals; Ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources; skills in dealing courteously with the public and individuals within the organization and counseling centers; organizational skills; ability to keep information highly confidential; ability to meet deadlines; basic data entry skills preferred; time management skills.HIPAA: Has access to and adds information to the Medical Record. May only access medical record of assigned patients.
