Qualifications

• Must hold current licensure as social worker or counselor per state requirements.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify history, presentation, and treatment needs.
• Lead group, individual, or family counseling sessions and document progress.
• Develop and review initial treatment plans and progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and aftercare planning as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance and referrals, and assist with case management.
