Columbia Community Mental Health in St. Helens, OR is seeking a Counselor II (QMHP) to provide therapeutic services to adults, children, and families.

The role conducts clinical assessments, reviews service delivery, and supports treatment goals using evidence-based practices. The Counselor II collaborates with clinical teams, participates in case management, and coordinates community resources to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field from an accredited college is required.
• QMHP certification or MHACBO registration is required.
• Experience in behavioral or mental health setting preferred.
• Combination of education/experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic services to adults, children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments as part of the diagnostic process.
• Deliver individual, family and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Assist in case management and coordination of community resources.
