The Role
- Provide 1:1 + group counseling (academic, social-emotional, executive functioning)
- Support profoundly gifted + neurodiverse students through data-informed strategies
- Lead student programs, classroom lessons, and workshops
- Partner with faculty, families, and Student Services team
- Coordinate referrals + outside support services
- Promote a safe, structured, student-centered environment
What You Bring
- Master’s in School or Mental Health Counseling
- 2–3+ years counseling experience (prevention + intervention)
- Expertise in executive function, study skills, self-advocacy
- Strong collaboration, communication, and confidentiality practices
- Knowledge of learning differences + barriers to learning
- Proficiency with student systems, LMS, and productivity tools
