Job summary

Insights Training Group, LLC is seeking an experienced program supervisor at the Cincinnati Job Corps Center. The role oversees counseling services for residential and non-residential students, guiding personal and career development and behavior initiatives.

The position requires directing and mentoring a team of counselors, coordinating with center departments, and ensuring compliant, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in counseling.

• Bachelor’s degree, including at least 15 semester hours of instruction in social services-related instruction.

Responsibilities

• Directs, leads, trains, coaches, and mentors the counseling team.
• Interviews and hires, disciplines, and evaluates staff performance.
• Oversight of individual social development and career counseling sessions.
• Oversight of the Career Management Team (CMT) and group support sessions.
• Maintains a current detailed listing for community resources for student referrals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
