Verily Health is seeking an experienced Counsel, Tech, AI, and IP to lead strategic commercial transactions and oversee IP risk across enterprise AI initiatives in the United States. As Counsel, Tech, AI, and IP for Verily, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic commercial transactions, leading all aspects of IP risks and strategies, providing day‑to‑day legal and compliance support for the cross‑functional design, development, deployment, and ongoing oversight of AI systems across the enterprise. You will partner directly with a team of experts from the fields of healthcare, technology, engineering, computer science, and more on complex commercial transactions that support groundbreaking projects. This role demands a seasoned legal professional with a strategic mindset, leadership potential, and the ability to navigate complex legal issues in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $188,500 – $282,500 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
