Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 5+ years in litigation, preferably in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience in class action, consumer protection, or product liability claims.
• Strong writing, communication, and issue-spotting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team addressing class action litigation and related claims.
• Advise internal business units on legal issues and risk.
• Review marketing materials for compliance and accuracy.
• Develop strategies for cost-effective resolution of claims.
• Coordinate discovery, identify witnesses, and liaise with outside counsel.
• Guide cross-functional and international teams; coordinate with communications.
• Monitor significant lawsuits and perform root cause analyses.
• Supervise paralegals supporting litigation work.
• Utilize AI and technology to manage legal topics.
• Travel as needed to represent the company.
