Qualifications

• Broad generalist legal experience across commercial, marketing compliance, privacy and product
• Ability to move quickly and build relationships with multiple teams
• Sound judgment with practical, business-minded approach to legal issues

Responsibilities

• Handle and advise on a high volume of commercial agreements including merchandise purchasing, licensing, social media marketing, and SaaS/AI technology agreements
• Advise Operations on supply chain, logistics, quality control, and sourcing matters
• Review advertising and promotional content for FTC and state consumer protection compliance
• Provide privacy and data security guidance including CPRA/CCPA compliance and vendor data processing
• Support product and technology initiatives from concept through launch and assess legal risks
