CTIA in Washington, DC is seeking a Counsel to assist the legal department with drafting and reviewing day-to-day agreements and provide general support on e-discovery, compliance, intellectual property, and other matters.

Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000
Under the oversight of CTIA's Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Chief of Corporate Affairs & Compliance, Counsel will assist the legal department in drafting and reviewing a variety of the Association's day-to-day agreements and provide general assistance and support to the legal department on e-discovery, compliance, intellectual property, and other matters.

Experience in DocuSign, Microsoft Office, with advanced experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
JD and admitted to the bar in at least one state and/or Washington D.C. Three (3) years or more of experience working with contracts is strongly preferred.
Detail-oriented with knowledge of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in proofreading skills and strong communications skills are required.

CTIA is currently operating on a hybrid work schedule with in-person requirements on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in its Washington, DC office.
