The Archdiocese of Chicago seeks a Corporate Counsel to advise senior leadership on corporate law, governance, and regulatory compliance. You will draft and revise bylaws, policies, and governance documents, and support meetings with materials and minutes.
You’ll ensure compliance with nonprofit laws and manage relationships across affiliated entities. Responsibilities include advising on 501(c)(3) status, regulatory filings, and the development of internal compliance programs.

This position has a salary range of $97,136 - $123,849. An employee’s pay within the range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
