4. Stay updated with Couchbase advancements and drive the adoption of new features.
5. Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Senior-level expertise in Couchbase and N1QL query development, with a proven ability to optimize complex queries.
• Strong understanding of Couchbase architecture, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Basic programming experience, preferably in C# or .NET frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
