Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Fort Collins is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to complete home health visits with our Fort Collins Visits team. This is a full-time position.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes, travel as needed, and help families maintain independence, comfort, and safety.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the state of Colorado.
• Available to travel throughout the service area as needed.
• Graduated from an accredited OT curriculum or equivalent; or two years’ experience with proficiency exam criteria.
• At least one year’s work experience under supervision of a qualified Occupational Therapist.
