Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract at a skilled nursing facility in Petoskey, MI. You’ll support patients under the guidance of a licensed OT, helping them regain daily living skills and participate in interdisciplinary care.

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience with restorative nursing programs and EMR documentation preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in regaining daily living skills under supervision of an OT.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care and care planning.
• Document patient progress in electronic medical records.
