Liberty Health Lumberton, North Carolina, seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team in a SNF setting. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to address a range of diseases and impairments, delivering individualized treatment plans in-house with regional management support.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program, licensed in the state, and has prior rehabilitation SNF experience.

• Must be a graduate of an accredited therapy program.

• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
