Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Benson, NC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team. You will work with patients to create responsive, individualized treatment plans in a supportive, in-house therapy setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed in North Carolina, has completed an accredited therapy program, and has prior SNF rehab experience. EOE and drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.
