The role emphasizes responsive, progressive treatment modalities in an in-house therapy setting with local management support. A state license and graduation from an accredited therapy program are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualized in treatment plans.
• Provide therapy with progressive treatment modalities in-house, with local management support.
