Qualifications

• Must have an Associate's degree or a certificate from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Assist patients with rehabilitative activities and exercises per plan developed with an OT.
• Assess learning needs and capabilities of patients and caregivers.
• Demonstrate sound clinical reasoning in treatment planning and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team to meet patient goals.
