Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the immediate process, and qualifies, of obtaining Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensure in the state of CA to work in the specialty area of SNF / LTC. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule.

This role emphasizes responsibility and accountability for incorporating the vision, values, mission and critical goals of the organization into their job

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent COTA experience in SNF/LTC.
• Current or in-process CA COTA license.
• Contract role with 5x8 day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services in SNF/LTC settings.
• Maintain licensure and document care per facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet patient goals and ensure quality care.
