Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) licensed or in the process of licensure in MD to work in SNF / LTC settings. This contract role features a 5x8 days schedule and carries accountability for aligning with the organization’s mission and goals.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of SNF/LTC COTA experience and an active or in-process MD COTA license.
