Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–1 year healthcare experience with adults, geriatrics, or disabilities.
• 1–2 years clinical inpatient/outpatient or skilled nursing setting preferred.
• Knowledge of OT principles, techniques, and assistive devices.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document data accurately.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Administer OT treatment programs under supervision per care plans.
• Observe patient response, report changes, suggest plan modifications.
• Lead group or individual activity-based therapy sessions.
• Document treatments, patient response, and observations in EHR.
• Coordinate with rehabilitation team and nursing staff for continuity.
• Maintain clean, safe treatment areas and equipment.
