Job summary

Kenwood Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join the in-house rehab team. The role focuses on helping residents improve mobility, independence, and daily functioning through direct therapy and collaborative care with the OT.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (or pending).
• Strong ability to collaborate with OT and rehab staff to implement treatment plans.
• Ability to educate staff and families about therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients to improve mobility and independence.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Document progress and coordinate with rehab team and families.
