Job summary

Avamere Riverpark of Eugene in Eugene, OR seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support quality patient care under licensed therapists.

Responsibilities include executing treatment plans, documenting outcomes, collaborating with physicians and staff, and maintaining licensure. PRN/flexible scheduling; opportunity for professional development and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an approved COTA program.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Good standing with regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes an established patient treatment plan under supervision of an OT.
• Communicates with patients, families, physicians and team members.
• Provides timely documentation per requirements.
• Maintains licensure and participates in department operations.
• Coordinates treatment goals with team and reports status changes promptly.
