Liberty Health Charlotte, North Carolina, United States is seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join The Pavilion Health Center in Charlotte, NC. The Pavilion Health Center offers in-house therapy with local management support as part of Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services.

You will work within a multidisciplinary rehab team to develop individualized treatment plans and address a variety of diseases and impairments while ensuring compassionate

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
Background checks/drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
In-house therapy with local management support.
