Qualifications

• Applicants must have a current state Certified Occupational Therapy License.
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Function under the direct supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Provide occupational therapy modalities and treatment procedures.
• Restore function and prevent disability following patient illness or injury.
