Job summary

Powerback is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to help patients regain independence across diverse care settings. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy with compassion and dedication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other providers to ensure holistic patient care.
• Provide care in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, putting patients first.

Education
