As a COTA PRN, you will work with our multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality occupational therapy services to our residents. $40/hour

About the Role

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve residents’ functional abilities and independence.
• Provide one‑on‑one therapy sessions and group activities to promote physical, cognitive, and emotional well‑being.
• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to track residents’ progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote a positive rehabilitation environment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ progress and treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a COTA.
• Current certification as a COTA (COTA/L).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document accurately.
