Job summary

Ridgeway Post Acute in Petaluma, CA is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate rehab team. You will support OTs in delivering individualized plans and help residents regain independence and confidence.

The role offers competitive pay of $40-$50/hour DOE, a collaborative department, and strong interdisciplinary support. Prior skilled nursing or post-acute care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities
