Job summary

Essential Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a qualified Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Arizona team. You will assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans and conducting client screenings, while monitoring progress and documenting changes for ongoing care.

The role requires travel to client homes, strong communication with families and professionals, and adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with assistant licensure and licenses required.
• Background checks per state and federal regulations.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and work in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct screenings and assessments as directed by the OT.
• Monitor and document client progress and report changes to supervising therapist.
• Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Assist with scheduling and billing tasks.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and professionals.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care.
