• Provides training on activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing and cooking skills.
• Communicates with patients, families, and team members regarding progress and recommendations.
• Educates patients, families, and other healthcare providers using effective teaching methods.
• Maintains documentation suitable for payers and participates in quality improvement activities.
