Job summary

Indiana Fitness Works is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team and provide compassionate care to residents. The position supports full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules with competitive pay between $32 and $34 per hour.

Supervision is provided by the supervising OTR, and the selected candidate will participate in ongoing documentation and program adjustments in collaboration with the therapy team. Overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold current COTA licensure or be eligible to apply in the state.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform required physical duties as outlined in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general activity and maintenance programs under supervision.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and coordinate with the supervising OTR.
• Follow company policies and procedures and collaborate with the care team.
