Indiana Fitness Works is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support rehabilitation services. The role offers Full Time, Part Time, and PRN schedules, with supervision by the treating OTR. Pay ranges from $32/hr to $34/hr depending on experience and schedule.

The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to residents, maintain accurate progress notes, and collaborate with the therapy team to implement treatment plans.

Formación

• Must have a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure (COTA).
• Care for residents with respect and dignity in collaboration with the team.
• Under supervision of an OTR, maintain accurate treatment records and communicate changes.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct general activity and maintenance programs as part of therapy.
• Keep open communication with the supervising OTR about patient treatment plans.
• Follow all company policies and procedures in daily duties.
